I had ordered two pizzas online and when I arrived they were ready and nothing was wrong. Until I got home and realized my... Chicken Garlic had no chicken and my customized Keto pizza dish had no meat in it. Called the store and asked for the managerand she wasn't around so I spoke with a gentlemen there who said that they could remake my online order but I would have tobring back my pizzas. No problem so I did. Arrive and the chicken garlic looked good but my keto pizza was a Gourmet Vegetarianwith meat added and they gave me just a tray of the added items and no veggies..... At this point Im not going to come back orargue with the staff that this is wrong. Im just going to stop coming. For the $44.98 for my pizzas I might as well just pay forthem cooked and no fuss.... For the record I didn't experience rude or bad customer interactions but the final product is sad. Read more
I love Papa Murphy's Pizza but this time it wasn't the same pizza at all, it had less amount in the toppings, the crust was... thinner, and it wasn't made of the same bread as before. They are probably skimping on everything due to harder times, but thatis no excuse to make the pizza worse than ever. I will not return to this Papa Murphy's. Read more

Worst customer service, I went in there asking about the diary free cheese option, and Karis rudely and loudly responded yes but... it?s $3 extra acting like I couldn?t afford it. So than he makes my pizza and barely any toppings on there it?s crazy I paid $19for bread and sauce pretty much. All three of the teenagers working there were rude and ignoring phone calls.
