This location (written by local) is known to be very slow and unorganized. I put in an order (with only 4 people in store) went... next door, ordered and payed for sandwiches!, came back and waited another 10-15 minutes only to be asked by the apparent?mgr???What was your order?? So my family was rushed and late for an event because it took an entire staff 25 minutes to make 1drink!! Sadly common occurrence here.. Avoid! Read more
It happens often that ordering at the counter doesn?t work, you can be waiting forever before someone takes your order, so if... you are looking for the coffee shop feel look somewhere else. The drive through is ok. Read more
They don't carry 'Sweet & Low' any more to save cost and boost profits. They have a little (tiny) cake with lime frosting. It... might weigh 2oz if you're lucky. Its in a cool spot. Whenever i am returning from Yosemite to the Bay area, i stop by here for some refreshments, use the... restroom, splash some water on the face and keep going. No detour needed and it's right next to the road. More parking, behindthe building. Read more
Not sure what is happening here or how it has high reviews, but every time I have ordered from here they do not fill the cups... up. Ordering a venti or grande with regular ice and every time there is two inches of space at the top of the cup. So, I ampaying for a venti but there is less than a grande amount inside. I order a grande since that is pretty much what they aregiving me. Yet again, the grande has two inches of space at the top. So, I am really getting a tall when I pay for a grande. Iwill not be going here again. Such a rip off. Try going to the other Starbucks in Oakdale. Longer wait, but your drinks actuallyhave the amount it should. I posted a picture. Wonderful location!! Order through the app for fastest service. Be prepared for trouble parking as this lot is small.
