They can't even make a decent cup of pikes not even after 3 tries. Why be dishonest to your customers specifically if your a... supervisor. Two pour over that were nasty and one the supervisor said was fresh brewed but it might only have half a cup only!Dishonest just brew a new one why lie. Do your job and don't be lazy. Read more

I have to say, this used to be a very clean location, but the last several times I have gone here, I always use the restroom. ... They should be reported to the health department. This is disgusting! The drinks I order here always lack taste. The past two times I have visited this location, the Strawberry Acai Lemonade doesn't... taste anything like lemonade. The customer service lacks, my mom asked for napkins and they ignored her despite her kindlyasking. The Riverbank Starbucks locations are a better choice compared to this Oakdale location. Read more

Ashley is so rude she always has such a bad attitude I came in four times and had the same experience with this employee,... everyone else is very nice except her and this time I looked at her name tag because her customer service stands out. Oneexperience is when I came in the other week, she took my order with a rude tone and was rushing me and getting irritated like Iman inconvenience? After she took my order she says ? UGH this day just keeps going? This is one example. She clearly needs toget recoached on how she treats customers or mabey just doesn't like her job but that's not an excuse to treat customers withbad service. I?ve been going to this location for over 15 years. And before today I would have given this location a 5. Today was experience... that I would not expect. I set by their counter watching drinks stack up because the person wasn?t loud enough calling names. Ibarely heard her and I was setting across from the counter. She put a drink up and had to ask to repeat her self. So As I waswaiting, I try to be helpful by stating the names I heard to those who were confused to which was their drinks. I later walkedover to ask cashier to if one of the drinks set off from her register was my drink. She told me they were mobile orders andwalk-in on the far counter. So I walked back over to see a gentleman touching and breathing on the top of the cup where we placeour mouths on. Just to see what name was on it. This didn?t set well with me and told the young that I did not hear her. Shestated as she walked away? I called your name?. I in return said it wasn?t loud enough. She then said excuse me. And I repeatedmyself and said not loud enough. I went to the cashier and expressed how uncomfortable I was about the gentleman touching andbreathing all over the top of my cup. I ask for a remake. Cashier went back to the young ladies to remake my drink. About 5 to 7minutes I was called. I was already running late. So I grab my drink and said thank you. About half way to Escalon and hadalready started drinking. I noticed that I actually received the same cup back and with the same time stamp sticker on the cup.I was totally disregarded with my concerns by this young lady. Read more
