Updated Review: Last night (8/13) I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to get a cheeseburger. Joshua our server was amazing and he took... great care of us. We ordered and everything went well. The onion rings came out fast and were very good. The burger on the otherhand looked like it came from the trash. Half of the burger was gone. It came with pieces of a patty, a LARGE abundance ofmustard and a sad side of fries. The patty was thinner than a regular burger at mcdonald?s. And was crunchy!?!? When Josh camearound again and asked how everything was I said ?Well, it?s okay. I?m just not quite sure where the rest of my burger went.?And when I tell you he looked at the burger, I mean he really looked at it. Props to Josh for everything he did for us lastnight. He talked to his manager, Logan. And Logan came out and said he would talk to his kitchen staff and made me a new burger.He took it off the tab as well. The third picture shows the difference between the two burgers. The first one was very sad. Andthe second one came out exactly how it should have the first time. To the kitchen staff, please get it together. Don?t servepeople something you wouldn?t eat. And if you would eat that crispy, crunchy, half patty burger then maybe create new standardsfor yourself. This isn?t McDonalds. This is Buffalo Wild Wings! If I could rate this experience I would give Josh a 10, Logan a10 and the kitchen staff a 0. Absolutely disappointing. Honestly a very terrible experience. The food came out one by one. Starting with our fries which were meant to be a side with... our chicken. By the time the chicken arrived the fries were cold. But thats not where it ended. The chicken was barely warm andwe're quite sure it was like day-old chicken tossed in sauce . It was drier than.. well I'll let you fill in the blank with yourimagination. It was not good and certainly not worth packing up leftovers to- go. Don't BOTHER! It is sad what this location has become! Took a while for some to come to our table. We were ready to... order...onion ring app, and to cheese burgers w/ fries. Oh and we will just take waters. "I put your order in and be right backwith those waters". 15 minutes later the app showed up no waters yet and no plates for the apps. No napkins either. We wentahead and picked k the app of the tray. As we were finishing up our burgers showed up, still no waters, still no napkins. Afterasking for napkins, again I walked to the servers station...no napkins our server was sitting there adding up tips. I go to thekitchen and get some. I walked back to the table and took some napkins of another table. The server finally came back with waterand napkins. The fries were now cold. The burgers looked great but had no flavor. Some of the worst wings I've had from bdubs. I attached a picture and based on the color it looks and tastes like they were... cooked in old nasty oil. Waiter did have them remake but they also came back the same. Service was great but when the wingsthe one thing you are suppose to be good at are this bad hard to give ya more then 2 stars Read more
It's been a long time since we've been to any buffalo wild wings. So we decided today (4/25/22) was going to be the day. Having... a late lunch sitting in the bar area I saw something I've never seen before at BWW. They had a pull tab machine and even postedwhat was won already! Prompt service. Food is good as usual, though the location has felt understaffed for awhile. Despite ordering online ahead of time, I usually... end up standing for a good 10 minutes before any staff are even able to talk to me. They also only gave me 8 cheese curd bitesin my entire "regular sized" order. Pretty wimpy. Read more
Tried to order to go online however it was disabled. Called in and ordered to go. Ordered the following: 1 x Chips & queso 10 x... boneless wings, mild sauce on side, ranch 2 x Curd burgers with fries 1 x Crispy Chicken Wrap with fries What we got was 1 xChips & queso 10 x bone in wings no sauce and no sauce on side 2 x Curd burgers with fries 1 x Crispy Chicken Wrap with tots Itried to call the restaurant (actually 10 times - no answer) so I decided to drive there bc it was my sons bday and he wasreally wanted boneless wings. I called the restaurant as I was walking in the door and the staff just ignored the phone and therestaurant was dead. I proceeded to tell them that my order was wrong and no apology. The girl actually said ?it?s not my faultit?s wrong? I said maybe check the order before giving to customer. They remade the wrong items however still made the orderincorrect. They made 5 boneless wings with sauce and 5 boneless no sauce, no ranch included and then gave me tator tots. I nevereven ordered tator tots. When the gal brought it to my car she said nothing just handed me the bag and walked away. I Checkedthe order and went back in and said the order is wrong again. The girl just ignored me and then Kelsey a manager walked to thefront as I laid out what I received and she said ?what?s wrong with it?? ??????? I proceeded to ask for a refund bc by this timeI had zero faith in them. I told them I?m not upset the order is wrong I?m upset that you didn?t answer the phone and I had todrive here only to find that it?s completely dead!! The girl offered no apology and girls at counter looked oblivious. Iunderstand you are struggling for staff during the pandemic however if you can?t fullfill take out orders properly then maybeyou can?t accept take out orders or operate restaurant at the capacity you can handle. All Buffalo Wild Wings appear to be set up exactly the same but this one was so short-staffed that you couldn't order anything... off the menu except for wings, French fries, and cheese sticks. They also watch you like a hawk and start to question how manycocktails you've had after 3. So obviously that was not a good experience. We did have to get our own straws and napkins anddrink coasters. And the place was a ghost town right after the football games on Sunday. Visiting here from out of town anddefinitely will not go back there for the remainder of our stay! Read more
