I go through the drive through at this location much more than I would like to admit. Every single person I have encountered... has been wonderful! My drinks are always ready when I get there and always accurate. This one time my drink was incorrect and Icalled in to inquire if I ordered it wrong and the sweetest manager helped me. So impressed! This caribou location is pretty good! Service feels slow sometimes but that's because of how busy they are so you can't really... blame them! The Atmosphere is really loud around 2:40-4 due to all the teens just getting out of school but it's such awelcoming space that you can't help but enjoy it :) Read more
Employees are playing games about light ice in your iced coffee. Ask for light ice and they will fill it to the top full of ice.... As a customer who spends 200 a month at this location I feel this is so disrespectful to customers. Light ice hasn?t been aproblem for me in the last decade at any other location, the employees are playing petty games and wasting customers money. Read more
I have shifted back from Starbucks as the one in town has gone down hill. However I generally get a crafted press and as noted... by other reviews it's always significantly less than full. Stopped in again today, 9/2/22 and still not a full cup. Read more
Really great mint mocha! The best I can remember. The staff were pretty to themselves, making the atmosphere a little clique... like, or like one is in a dive bar. The manager was super sweet. I stood, somewhat awkwardly in front of around 4 or 5 staffmembers for around 5 minutes listening to them talk to each other before they realized I was there and acknowledged my existencehaha. They kind of scattered, heads went down and things got real quiet after that. Seems like it was one of those days whereyoure hoping there will be no business, or youre fingers are crossed for an easy day. I was the only one in the coffee shop,there were a couple of people in the drive through and it took around half an hour to get my drink. So I would say two stars forthe great tasting coffee, one extra star for managers friendliness and the cozey looking atmosphere, but minus 1 star for staffindifference, and minus another for the much longer than average wait especially considering I was the only one there, sittingright in front of them. I had just stopped at this caribou after taking my sick ferret to the vet next door. The gentleman (I wish I had gotten his... name) that helped me at the window was extremely friendly and super funny. He doesn?t realize that at the vet appointment I wastold it might be time to put my fur baby to sleep (she?s been very sick and not getting better with treatment). I hope he seesthis and realizes that he truly left a positive impact on my very bad morning. And it?s interactions like that , that will notbe forgotten. Read more
