Somebody needs to contact the department of health! Myself and another customer who I?m sure is going to leave a review,... witnessed two different customers come into the Hardee?s restaurant from drive-through stating that they had food that wasincorrect. On both occasions the kid working the cash registers took the food out of the bags returned by these people andplaced them into the heat warmers so they could be served to other customers! That is absolutely disgusting and extremely scary!Obviously somebody needs to educate these people before someone dies! I will personally be contacting the Department of Healththis place needs to be Shut down until they know how to handle food correctly. I would not advise anybody to eat at thisestablishment. Got the order wrong, fries were old, some of the staff seemed apathetic and there was a gentleman with long hair tending the... fries with no hair net and was the most apathetic. It had been awhile since trying Hardee's and it will be even longer. Theburger though wrong was wrapped nicely, and the counter girl was doing the best she could. Read more
This location is HORRIBLE. Thetford was disgusting (1st time I've ever had onion rings that tasted like glue) the staff is worse... than the food. The girl that was in the drive thru had a ridiculous bad attitude and acted like I was doing something horriblebecause I ordered food. Next time I'll make the drive to the hood hardees. Read more
Success with my husband's burger NO cheese, no mayo, add mustard!! It did take a 2nd try, but service was so quick and friendly,... I still gave 5 stars. This Oakdale location was very clean, well staffed, food was hot. I LOVE the smell of burgers on a flamegrill. Hardees has always made the best burgers, imho, and today our burgers tasted especially good. Read more
The worst experience at a "fast food" restaurant in years. We stopped buy for a"quick" breakfast and waited in in line for 25... minutes. Keep in mind, no one was in the restaurant because the inside was closed, so the wait wasn't because the restaurant andthe drive-thru was open - they were serving one vehicle at a time. I went here two days in a row, the service was absolutely terrible and kept giving me that (SIGH) attitude. Because she couldn't... understand my order that was only one meal. I was being clear , but she had a attitude and no patience at all especially on aslow day. You can't really expect much service in fast food, but in my experience this could he better.
