I really love all Hy-Vee Grocery stores they have such a variety of different things. Especially loved going there when I was... getting at my healthiest. They had a great selection to choose from. My only downside this visit is my husband wanted PeppermintBon Bon ice cream or Chocolate Chip Mint and they didn't have any. I had to go over to Cub. The gas card is great and the selection of meats and cheeses are beyond my expectations. The only problem I have with Hy-Vee is... their prices. If you have a membership (at $100.00 that doesn't reflect on your gas card one doesn't receive the posted discountposted in their products. Be careful of the hype. Read more
Almost great. Apparently only 1 person knows about the perks. I've gone twice, spent about $180 each time. Both times the... cashier asked if I had a rewards card, both times I said no, but would love one. (I've heard good things). Both times "Anna" Ithink, wasn't available. So they said go to guest services, Both times the 1 employee was helping a line of 8-10. I'm not sayingI couldn't wait, but I Could see it was longer than I had time for. Huge, beautiful store. Great store, and helpful staff. Also if you have a Discover credit card, it's a good store to get cash off of your credit card,... if you need up to $40 for whatever, and it gets charged to your card as regular purchase, and not the expensive cash advanceservice fee, and interest rates. You only need to buy something, in a human checkout lane, in order to get the $40 for whateveryou need cash for. Read more
I order delivery of groceries a lot and this Hy Vee has been the best by far! I was missing a couple items in my delivery and... they sent them out to me ASAP. They were very friendly and the fresh and meats here are the best around! Read more
Staff not knowledgeable/ cashier rude/walked out. Have dealt with the management before. 1 occasion they charged my CC 120+ that... was not the right card. Left my family strapped for the next two weeks. Another time I was charged 3 times for the same packageof 18.00 meat. Was only credited for 1. I guess I donated 18.00. That was two of the many problems. Manager never called me whenI asked, I think lower Management is trying to hide problems. Read more

I really can?t understand the hype with hyvee. We went to this location and we?ve been unhappy with everything we bought. I... purchased horseradish pickles which were so incredibly sweet I just tossed them. Then we purchased the hyvee brand pasta andafter boiling it, it just? shredded. I?ve never had pasta shred like this. Everything was overpriced and just nothing to beexcited about. Read more
