Traveled to have some good food at IHOP and this location has all the adds saying kids eat free everyday till 7pm and other... sights that say late time eating hours. Then when going through all doors. Printed white signs saying due to staff, they closeat 2pm. When heading into the doors because they were not locked with staff at 5 on the floor and only 1 table with a family of3 eating. Not busy and plenty of staff. Staff talking in Latin saying "didn't we lock the doors". With none of them at leastcoming up to us with an explanation and a greeting regardless if they where suppose to be closed. They all went to the back ofthe restaurant looking the other direction. Just wow, pathetic on a Saturday! Horrible hospitality, horrible managementinvolvement and I actually do like this restaurant also! Especially with what they provide for the local shelter on theweekends! Just work on these issues management and workers at this location because closing at 2 and 3pm is ridiculous andhaving staff not having good approachable charisma is a terrible downside of any business experience. Ordered our meal for pickup on Wednesday. 3 meals and 2 sides and 2 shakes. My son shows up to pick up the order and he's told... they don't have ice cream, can they sub it out for some other drink? Ummm NO. a 6+ $ EACH milkshake is not the cost of a softdrink but... whatever... in order to get the refund, they need the manager, who wasn't gonna be in until Friday morning.Fine. Get home with the food, and his French Toast is missing. Try calling, no one answers the phone. Great. Call in on Fridayto speak to the manager, 8 times during her supposed 9-12 shift and NO one answers the phone ever. Son went in this morning andthey only refunded him for the milkshakes they couldn't provide not the missing Strawberry Banana French Toast. Stole money fromus. Can't be bothered to answer the phone EVER. Place wasn't even busy. NOPE. Hard pass. We'll never be back and I highlyrecommend you all take your hard earned money elsewhere where they actually value your patronage and don't steal from customers.Shame because the one in Apple Valley where we used to live was great, ordered all the time. It was easy to find and spot this IHOP. We were seated and gave our order. To add chocolate chips to our pancakes, it was a... $1.99 upgrade, which I think it a lot to just add some chips on there but I did it. They don?t have a breakfast menu for kidsso we ordered the 2x2x2 and I got the smokehouse combo. My husband got the Fajita Bowl. For a family of 2 adults and 1 kid under2, our total without tip was $51! I don?t remember IHOP being this expensive but I don?t think we would dine at IHOP againbecause that was expensive for what we got. Read more
I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I came in during late morning with my family and was promptly seated. Our food came... quickly and was cooked to perfection. I was especially impressed with the French fries and the Mexican burrito. The restaurantwas clean and the server was attentive despite it being moderately busy. Read more
Had a great experience this morning. Our server, I believe her name was Rara, she was all over it and very kind to boot.... Service was prompt, courteous, and food was among the best I've seen. Visually, temperature-wise, and the taste were all great. Believe it or not, it basically looked like the pictures on the menu (guest is vegetarian so I flipped that bacon to myplate!). From top to bottom, everyone was doing well or the experience couldn't have been so complete. Read more
8/2021 Food was good. They were shorthanded and slammed with people for a Friday morning. Staff was ok. Restrooms were ok. ... But the food was typical fare. Just took a very long time to get waited on and then the food was a while. Almost 90 minutesthere and we were traveling. So did not want to be that long. Read more
Went here for Veterans Day, the staff was super friendly. We arrived early, not busy, but it sure picked up, and they all worked... as a team, and were getting orders out. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Read more
