Friendly and courteous employees. Food was prepared fast and correct. Portions were not very full.
Ordered two of the combination bundles that were supposed to be all legs and thighs with mashed potatoes. Instead we got wings... and thighs. Tiny wings. Itty bitty wings. Nowhere near the same amount of meat as legs. The store wouldn't answer their phonewhen we called about it. Customer service did help, but it never should have happened. Read more
My whole order was wrong. Chicken wing half gone - down to the bone. BBQ and honey mustard sauce both missing. My fries were... missing too. Mayo on sandwiches. Asked for there to be none. Did not get corn that was ordered. Got mashed potatoes and Mac ncheese instead. Definitely not worth the $30 I just spent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awesome food and super fast service. The extra crispy chicken is really good.
Purchased the tenders meal with no drink and an extra side. Chicken was barely warm and I didn't get the cookie ?. Least the... mashed potatoes were warm. Here on business so not like I am going to pack it all up, leave the hotel and drive back to the KFCI purchased it from. Read more
Tasted KFC in other countries, first time went to KFC in Maplewood and it was under construction and only drive through was... open. Bought couple of meals and felt taste was not upto the mark. Gravy and potato mash wasn?t tasty either. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and only received half our order correct. Had to ask for the sauce and the rest of the missing items... and of the 4 things missing we paid for only received one. Not happy at all Read more
