The place was PACKED for a Saturday, but we didn't even have to wait more than 15-20 minutes. The waiter was AWESOME and kept on... top of our drinks and biscuits the whole time. The food was good, as always. Next time I'll have to try something new and savesome room for dessert! Read more
Went for my yearly endless shrimp/birthday meal. Food was delicious, but I do remember a seasoned mashed potato. The ones I... had were kind of plain. Just wanted to make sure that I mentioned our wonderful server Zach. He was so pleasant and eventhough he had an entire section to take care of, he never missed a beat. Hold on to that one!! My family and I dined here for my birthday, and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. The food was... delicious, flawless, and well portioned, I was especially happy to see stuffed flounder back on the menu. We have not been to Red Lobster for quite some time, but decided to stop in with my son after his football practice because he... wanted to try a new type of food. He ended up ordering the popcorn shrimp and thought it was pretty good (definitely the bestway to ease him into trying seafood lol). I had the Salmon New Orleans which was a lot better than I expected, I definitelyrecommend trying it. Overall, the experience was good. However, the service was extremely slow, even though it wasn't thatbusy. Also, the biscuits came out kind of cold and not as flavorful as I remember them to be. Since you asked why 3 stars: We were seated quickly at lunchtime at the Oakdale MN location and we ordered an appetizer, 3... entrees and 2 kid's meals. All of the sides were only small handful portions. My wife's salad was served without croutons, andthe server just said they were out. How can that be? No bread, butter, and garlic salt in the kitchen? Anyway, the gingerdressing for her fish was also "out" so it was also served without it. My $41 per pound crab legs were so hard to eat, partlybecause the shells were so soft from overcooking, but also because the crabs were so puny. They were served Luke-warm. To topit off a half hour later I was indisposed for a half hour ???? For $150 I'd expect more and better. You asked me why 3 starsand after taking the time to write it down I realized three stars was too generous. Read more
Went to Red Lobster for Mother's day and my 41st Birthday. Food was awesome, we didn't have to wait too long compared to Olive... Garden which had a 2 hour wait time to be seated. Most restaurants were very busy due to the celebration of all mothers in thisworld. Happy Mother's Day to all the Mother's out there! Read more

The waitress cleaned a chunk of something off of the glass before she poured my drink. I asked politely for a new glass and she... rolled her eyes and took the drink back to the kitchen. After explaining it was only to warm up a spot on the glass because itwas too foamy. Three minutes later she took the same exact beer in the same glass over and topped it off with a little more beerand brought back the now lukewarm beer. Needless to say I paid eight dollars for a beer I never took a sip of and questionedwhether the plates and other glasses were cleaned after this. This was a trust breaker and not fair to me. Read more
