We?ve been stuck in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes and still have two cars in front of us?there were 6ish cars when we got... here. I understand the low rating? Waited 30 minutes and they got our drinks wrong. If we could have backed out or somehowgotten out of the line we would have. I?m shocked this location is even open with the reviews it has. Always such a disappointing experience. Constantly out of everything but today was the worst, they were out of all chocolate... drinks and couldn't make any warm food items. The workers are generally rude and don't seem to follow the standard recipes asthe drinks are often different tasting each time. Also it's not a real Starbucks so you can't use points or get stars. It'sjust not worth it to be disappointed every time. Go anywhere else. Read more

Everytime i come here the inside is closed ...Today the entire store closed due to low staffing...sign from mgnt....how about... mgnt makes the coffee or be a better manager to keep employees. Read more
Consistently bad. Every order, every order of the last 10 orders has come out wrong. Do not go to this location. They do not... care, they have horrible attitudes, horrible customer service, and a total disregard for quality. While this is blocks fromwork, driving out of my way to any other location is better than going to this one. Read more
This location consistently disappoints. The beverages are rarely full and often are missing the espresso. I really wish there... was another store in my area. The only positive thing going on here is the friendly workers. Read more
Completely out of any carmel flavoring and no suger free vanilla. Ended up ordering a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Im not sure... what I got but it was NOT what I ordered. Question the person working the window about it not being right amd she stood theredumb founded with nothing to say. Says vanilla sweet cream cold brew but its not what is in the glass. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Everytime I come here they make something wrong or the line takes 20-30 mins for drive... thru. I would not go to this location if you?re on your way to work. Read more
