Service is normally friendly and helpful and food typical TB. The lobby, however, has been closed for weeks now so drive... through only. Not helpful when I walk there from my office! Makes no sense since it's kiosk ordering only inside anyway. Read more
Drive through only so don't bother stopping by if you are in a work vehicle that can't fit through a drive through. It's... pathetic that you can be operating, but can't let people walk in to order, especially since you have self ordering stations. God forbid you could make and hand someone not in a car their food. Read more

I order from this location about 2-3 times a month, always on the app. Roughly 50% of the time there is something missing from... my order. I've had to drive back many times, it's either that or wait weeks for the app customer support people to issue arefund. This doesn't happen at other locations, only this one.
