Drive through only so don't bother stopping by if you are in a work vehicle that can't fit through a drive through. It's... pathetic that you can be operating, but can't let people walk in to order, especially since you have self ordering stations. God forbid you could make and hand someone not in a car their food. Read more
Dining room isn?t open. Not a huge deal for most people but I love ordering on the touch screens. I would use the app but they... locked me out of it. This place is never staffed right and it?s a shame. Great location, beautiful building and it?s ran sopoorly. Read more
I order from this location about 2-3 times a month, always on the app. Roughly 50% of the time there is something missing from... my order. I've had to drive back many times, it's either that or wait weeks for the app customer support people to issue arefund. This doesn't happen at other locations, only this one. Got all food wrong family members can't have lettuce or tomato we ordered without lettuce or tomato it even said so on receipt... spent 50 dollars worth food and lettuce and tomato on most of what we ordered without,even had lettuce in chilli cheese burritonot just a piece of lettuce a whole bunch like it was done intentionally will never return to this taco bell and probably notany other thanks taco hell for wasting my money and time. I just want to say that Jenny at the 10th street Taco Bell is the very best of America. Somedays when I was tired from working... all night I'd pull in and it would be just Jenny and 1 other employee. Throughout the pandemic and worker shortage she wasthere and her dedication gave me hope. I hope Upper management realizes what a gem they have employed at their store. Order from this Taco Bell all the time and have never had bad service. Especially with mobile orders, the time it takes between... the order screen and getting our food is super quick. One of our items tonight had Chipotle Sauce on it when it wasn't supposedto. It's too spicy for my girlfriend, so we came back around and nicely let them know the issue. The crew was super polite aboutthe mistake and quickly made a new one for us. Great customer service experience, just like every other time at this location. Read more

We work close to here so frequent... often on weekdays for lunch, and every time she is usually the one in the window and without fail has such a warm and friendlyattitude every time!!
