Nachos never had quac put on it. They had to ask me what I got right after I paid?.. Burrito was ok. Seemed like it was just... rice. Also food was cold when I got home. Only 10 minutes away and I had to warm it up. Nachos I found disgusting cold and threwthem away. Read more

PLEASE DON'T COME HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. This has got to be the worst Taco John's. The staff got my order... completely wrong. When I told them, the pretended to change the order but it was still incorrect. If that's not bad enough, whenI reported this to the manager he didn't even care nor apologize. Please please please check your order is correct beforedriving off. Lots of staff just put anything inside and they get away with it. Bottom line I would not recommend this place orlocation. Thought I would try something different that what I usually order when I find the time to go here. Got grilled chicken tacos,... but got fried shrimp? Not sure how that works when I wasn't even given the option of shrimp. Read more
Catered 10 pounds of meat for the super bowl and they split it up into their little containers and it turned out to be 8 pounds... rounded up. Emailed them and they never got back to us. Went today giving them the benefit of the doubt for no reason LOL. Thisis my coffee. Half way full. How do people actually feel okay serving like this. Like could you have jsut put more ice to makeit look like you actually tried. It?s such a hit or miss with this place. Read more
Just got 5 hardshell tacos for taco Tuesday in the drive thru. Drove home and went to have them and this is what I find. In... each taco all I got was a teaspoon of meat that didn't even come close to covering the bottom of the entire shell. 4 out of the5 didn't have any cheese either. Even my 5 yr old daughter asked where the meat was. Not sure if bad day, new employees or whatbut absolutely ridiculous. Read more
They forgot my drink, cheese for my nachos, and I found hair in my food. Edit: Went back to get cheese and drink, drink was... just soda water, and chips were stale, and the people at the register were clueless and completely zones out. Read more
