I went to the newly opened Roseville location. I was blown away by how high the prices are. A three ingredient vegetarian... burrito-type thing was $17. It only had beans, cheese, and guac. It tasted okay but with those prices I'm unlikely to beback. In response to the owner's reply: there were no no-meat options on the menu and I did ask the manager for help. He toldme to order a regular item and just tell the cooks we didn't want meat. Read more

Seems more authentic Mexican than the former Baja Sol, lots of choices, lots of flavor, lots of salsas and free soda refills.... 2022 update. No longer have free soda or water, only expensive prices on bottled soda and water. seemed like less meat choices.Limited salsa bar. Place was very empty compared to last time. Won't return. Fast food taco joint that was pretty good for being in a shopping maze of stuff your don?t need. Fresh food in indoor garden... type setting. A pleasant surprise for the suburban location. Leans towards Americanized rather than authentic. Not asflavorful as I had hoped. Street tacos pushing the 4$ mark here. Makes me want to go old school and find a taco truck. Enjoy! Read more

It was really good! Ordered two tinga chicken bowls, chips & queso, guac. Inside there's a self service bar of sauces too and... it's awesome. Good and hot. Prices might be a bit higher than the other Taco place but it works out. Read more

UPDATED: Previous visits the food and salsa was exceptional. My last visits the food was subpar. The pork carnitas was fatty and... scrappy with pale iceberg lettuce. The meals lacked cohesion of flavors. They stopped serving the cucumber avocado salsa, whichis one of the unique things that kept me coming back. I hope they can get back on track. The higher prices warrant betterquality food. EARLIER REVIEW: Gloriously delicious! The cucumber avocado salsa is worth a visit by itself. Read more

I will not go back. I was excited to try the Machete, an 18 inch taco. I chose to have it with chicken. The chicken looked like... cat food and did not taste like chicken. We fed 2 kids and 3 adults and it was over $70. It's 3 times as expensive as TB andhalf as good. Ew. The cake was moist and wonderful. This is the 1st restaurant I have ever given less than 4 stars to. Read more

Our first time having TacoLibre and we ordered the Beef Asada and the Tinga de Pollo street tacos. I personally wasn't a fan of... the Tinga de pollo but it wasn't horrible or anything. We ordered the Asada but i believe they gave us picodillo instead. Wedidn't notice it until we got home and didnt want to go back as it was already late. We decided to try it instead but it endedreally bland and dry. I dont usually use the salsa but this time I had to because it of it being so bland and dry. We werereally hoping for it to be good. I ordered the machete. It was amazing and delicious. They really do know how to cook their foods! The price of their menu has... gone up a couple of dollars. Machete used to be $10.99 now it?s around $12-$13. It is a bit more expensive now however the foodis definitely worth it! It does take 15-20 minutes before the food comes out. You pick up your food by the staff saying yournumber. So save your receipt to know your number. When asked for their sauces it does come in a small container but you canalways ask for more at the counter. Since covid, they have distanced seating area and cleaned tables. Read more
