I've been coming to this place about twice a month since they first opened. They used to be excellent with fresh food and timely... service. Lately both have gone wayyy downhill. The issues are multiple: 1) Mixed up orders (multiple times) 2) Regular - almostexpected at this point - 15 to 20 minute delays (beyond what is posted on the receipt) making for a 30 minute wait for food. 3)Dried out protein that seems like it has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I'm not sure if it is staffing shortages,increase in popularity (a.k.a. too many orders), or just a loss of focus but this place is no longer the reliable option forhigh quality, fast casual food, that it used to be, especially if you are tight on time or ordering to go Sad to say, but thereare now much better Asian Fusion restaurants in the East Metro, even at this price point. It was our first time in, and the staff was super nice and food was delicious. Only negative was the table and floors were... sticky, which I don't know if it was due to humidity or post-COVID cleaning, but it did really change the experience all thatmuch. Read more
Quick place for some food. SERVICE: Pleasant service. Attendant was polite and verified what she entered was correct and... reflected what I wanted. SPEED: Order was ready in a quick manner. COVID-19: Masks are required. Staff wore masks. Markers onthe floor to indicate social distancing positions. Inside seating reduced. FOOD: Food is Ok. Salmon: A bit dry. Interesting place. Saw the little blurb in the store ?get a free egg roll if you get the app n like us on FB? I did that, using... an adjacent store?s WiFi- no wifi here. The friendly counter person did not know how to key in the free egg roll. Oh well. Hefigured out another way. We got Spicy Tofu and Grilled Salmon bowls. The tofu was not spicy, but I?m sure it was calibrated forthe local non-Asian populace. Salmon was dry, seemed previously frozen. Vegetables were good. We had brown rice, which wassomewhat sticky n good. Yes, I did eat every grain with my chopstix. Teriyaki is doing it?s part for sustainability. This place is so good, huge portions, quick and friendly to go service - Food is AMAZING! I don't say that lightly, I am a fan... of Teriyaki Chicken in all forms, this place took it to the next level! Clean restaurant and comfortable atmosphere, I'd givethis a "must try" rating! Read more
The place was sparkling clean. The large portion has a good size. I am just passing by Minnesota so I don't know about the... prices, coming from Atlanta I think is pretty reasonable. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. I personally liked. My only complaintis that the chicken felt as it was not freshly cooked, it wasn't bad, but was a bit dry. I am still giving 5 stars because I washaving lunch at 3:00pm and that may be the reason. Read more
We just tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!! I was initially surprised by the seemingly limited... menu, but each item had very distinct flavor! I had the orange chicken and it was easily the best orange chicken I have had atany chain restaurant!! So Crispy and fresh! My husband had the teriyaki chicken which was another winner! Also, the veggiesare reaally good - like super good. They were hardly seasoned which was really refreshing against the saucy chicken (and a hugeperk that you can get all veggies when trying to eat less carbs). 10/10 and will definitely be coming back to try the spicychicken.
