If you're new to town and trying to find a good sushi place, THIS is some of the best sushi on this partof Long Island, and you must absolutely try it. Amazing food with big portions for sightly better prices compared to other locations. With that says, When taking into account... value, it's the best! And as stated I genuinely feel they make the best sushi I've had. There are few places that compare,good is as tasty, they are as good, but the prices are noticeably higher in those locations. The employees are unbelievablyfriendly as well. Always talking to you, give out samples to taste when you go eat inside. They are just great. I can't go onenough about how amazing the place truly is. We ordered delivery through the restaurants website on my phone. It was very easy to order. I got the lunch special with two... spicy tuna rolls. They were very tasty/ The salad was very small. Though the first time I went to grab some take out the strip mall it is in looked a little suspect, it... turns out Onsen easily is the best sushi I have come across on the south shore since I started eating sushi 4 years ago. Theyare always friendly, give you a warm welcome and sometimes surprise you with something super delicious when you’re dining in.I go there for take out and to sit and eat. Place is amazing. So I learned something about myself. I don't like raw food. I went with my friend who loves it and he said it was excellent. I... love the fact that it was a new experience. The waitress was lovely. I tried some kind of Asian beer and a martini. I didn'tlike the martini. The seaweed salad was good. I also liked the fried sushi. All the sushi I choose in my main dish were cooked.The salad was all raw I couldn't finish it but my friend found pleasure in helping me. The atmosphere is cosy and family orcouple oriented plus u can see the cooks making ur meal.
