Order inaccurate, Apple Pay doesn?t work, can?t find a straw, no napkins out for customers, cold air blowing from the HVAC vents... when it?s 35 degrees outside. This place is a lot of work. They should pay us one hour?s wage to be customers. ???? At least thefood was good. Read more
I would rank this 3/5 because Wendy's is really lacking in keeping up with the competition in pricing and coupons available... through the app. I still come to Wendy's sometimes because it's different but McDonald's/BK are normally half the price for ameal if you use coupons. Read more
Literally the worst fast food place I've ever been to in my life. We sat in the drive thru as the line wrapped completely around... the building. After a few minutes of the line never moving, we went inside. There were multiple people who had already orderedinside and were now arguing with the very incompetent employee about their missing food. The employee gave the guy his drink butforgot he also ordered food. The other guy was given the completely wrong size frosty. Another family was waiting to order andshe said "This place is always slow." We were next in line and stood there for 10-15 minutes watching the incompetent staff tryto guess what the previous customers ordered. Everyone there looked miserable and moved slower than zombies. We left because Iwasn't about to get into an argument like the 3 previous customers fighting to get their food. Why is this place open and whyis the staff so bad at their job? Read more
I want to congratulate the staff at this particular Wendy's. The staff were all busy serving orders, while keeping the... restaurant as clean as possible. In some places that we go now, may be due to lack of personnel, you don't see the restaurants,eating area, and bathrooms clean. In this particular case, I have to acknowledge their effort to show their pride! Read more
The chili is the best and Burgers and fries completely makes me want more so put one spicy Chicken sandwich finger liken good.
Came home ONLY to see that my large fries were old and literally empty. I ordered a bourbon bacon and the condiments are... missing? What sort of rubbish is this??? I won't EVER come here ! NONSENSE !! Read more
