My burrito was good but wife?s tacos weren?t. Asked for side of sour cream and guacamole and they charged us $9. People at the... bar were nice but the kitchen folks were not. Read more

Coldest service and simply most embarrassing product. I couldn?t help but leave a review because it was soooo bad. The older... bald bartender, who took my order, couldn?t have been more abrupt. After I received my order I asked for some salsa for my chipsthe kitchen staff replied ?sorry you?ll have to ask the bartender as this salsa is for the food..? I?m pretty sure I justordered food.. hello? It was a whole level of disappointment once I opened my burrito - which consisted of soggy rice, a minimalamount chicken (which I was charged a 5.00% surcharge for) and loads of sour cream. This was a complete unacceptable experienceas a whole Read more

I like how they make the burritos right in front of you. I likes how they had a veggie burrito that you could make vegan. I... disliked how much rice was in my burrito. The chips were good and so was the salad. Probably get again if I needed a bite to eatfor a plane ride. Read more

The dinner tonight was both disappointing and also very tasty. The lady explained to me that they add Dairy butter to their... mixed vegetables which means that the last three of these burritos that I've eaten have not been vegan. The last time I visitedmy friend got sick afterwards oh, she really has a strong dairy allergy. No one in the past had explained it to us. The burritowas very good but requires some very major edits to make it vegan. Look at the receipt. Remove cheese, and seasoned vegetables.I also through with the salad that they put on the side into the burrito to make it extra delicious. Read more

Food was good for the usual airport establishments, I had the Mesquite Chicken Salad. There was some of the salad that had huge... pieces of stalk which I don't prefer and a few pieces of avocado with dark spots. Which I did not eat, but there was plenty onthe plate to make up for that, so I had plenty to eat. The place was right next to my gate so I was able to keep track of mytime before boarding began. There was some nice stained glass art projects on the wall from "Cradle in the Sun" studios. Theemployee's were friendly and helpful also. Read more

Some of the best food in Oakland airport! Everything is fresh and made to order. They have excellent service and the prices are... fare considering it's inside the airport! Read more

As far as airport food goes, this is some of the best. They do a great job of reproducing some of their local restaurant faire... at this airport location. The El Presidente Burrito may actually help you forget that you are in an airport because it?s thatgood. Read more

5/15/17 Before last weekend's flight to Seattle, boyfriend and I stopped here for a fast bite since Southwest had an hour delay... and we had time to kill. We had Bloody Mary's and shrimp nachos ($14.71 for the food). The nachos were delicious with plenty ofcheese and shrimp baked over crispy tortilla chips. Unfortunately they ran out of salsa at the bar but the service and food wasotherwise great. 5/25/14 (3-star) All I wanted before my one-hour flight to Orange County was a quick bite, so I stopped atOakland Airport's Andale for a couple of veggie tacos ($10.25) and some chips for the salsa bar. Darling at the register askedif I wanted them fajita style or ranchera. I asked what the difference was and she said fajita had vegetables and ranchera hadsauce. I couldn't picture what crispy tacos full of sauce would look like, so I ordered the fajita-style grilled veggies. (Ilater looked up ranchera on their online menu and it described that style as tofu sautéed with Serrano salsa - soundsawesome!) A huge basket of chips arrived ($4.50). I had only wanted enough for one person so I was a little upset that shehadn't told me the plate COMES with chips for the salsa bar. My plate had a lot of chips on it so the big extra basket was justwasted. I wasn't about to pack it up to carry onto the plane. The chips were pretty good I guess but I think an employee shouldask if someone means a giant basket full. She did ask me if I wanted the chips and guacamole option when she was ringing me up,and since I had seen this on their menu I guess I thought that by declining that I was declining actually purchasing chips. Iwasn't given my receipt after my purchase, and since I wanted to see how much I'd paid for these I had to ask for it when thefood was brought out. Twice! A small Mexican Coke for $3.25 brought my lunch to over $20, after taxes and the airport fee forhealth care (2%). I'd eat here - the food wasn't bad - but I'd definitely pay more attention to what I Read more
