This place has great cocktails and very friendly staff. We like to go for the happy hour oysters.
We went there for the Happy Hour. Good choice for drinks and tacos. We ended up ordering other items in the main menu. The... drinks are strong. The oysters are awesome. The chili shallot malonette has a strong kick but it’s awesome. The fishtacos taste really good. The popcorn chickens are one of the best. Overall, a very satisfying culinary experience. Read more

Nice Breezy spot sister of the Berkeley store, excellent Tapas, great service, and a nice alcohol selection oh, this place has a... very open and Airy design, outdoor seating, solid wood tables and the warm inviting Ambience inside. Their special dishes areusually excellent, the chefs here are great, and parking is easy in the back. More of a new school place, this place now hassome old school charm since it has survived in Oakland for decades, and is a fun place to go do for both old and young people.Make sure to try the top us and have a wine that goes with it at least once in your lifetime and this is a great place to do itin the East Bay. Excellent carnitas tacos for lunch. My friend suggested meeting there for lunch, and it was well worth it. They weren't that... busy, so it was the perfect place for conversation. The appetizer was a chunky, well-balanced guacamole served with what I thinkwere homemade chips. Both were quite fresh and tasty. I ordered the carnitas tacos, and service was quick. The meat wasbeautifully flavored and incredibly tender, just melting in my mouth, served on street corn tortillas. This came with a sidesalad of fresh greens and tomatoes. Very tasty. Read more
