Smaller dining area so reservations recommended! Delicious Biscuits & Gravy and crispy pork belly grits! Can’t pass on the... beignets. Would highly recommend giving this New Orleans kitchen a try! Read more

I absolutely loved this place and their food. I ordered the shrimp and spicy grits, and they tasted just like the ones that I... ordered when I was in New Orleans. My family also ordered some Po'boys that had sausage, and another ordered the vegan items. They were all so delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Oakland area. It was super good. ???? Read more

First time for a Sunday brunch. We did take out and was pretty efficient. We had a couple egg sandwiches, salad, and beignets.... All good but didn’t knock me out of my boots. Portion was decent. I’d go back again and try something else. Looks like niceoutdoor seating. Read more

The shrimp and grits are very tasty! The cornbread and gravy are both fantastic. Thick but not too thick, lots of flavor. The... fried chicken is very crispy. I would avoid the tofu sloppy Joe next time. Also the spinach is a little too salty. Overall goodexperience and I like that they have small sized sides so we can try many different things.shrimp Read more

Came to this location a long while after trying the location in sf. Had a reservation. Arrived a little early and was seated.... Not many people there upon arriving but many dining by the time we left. Seems someone was always at the register for a to goorder. The Pasta Orleans came out hot, creamy, loaded with more seafood than expected and had a nice kick to it. Perfect! Thepulled pork on the "hog" sandwich was seasoned beautifully with a nice smokey flavor. The toasted, fresh french bread was apleasant surprise and all very filling. The creole potato salad that came with it comes cold and had huge chunks for veggies. One bite was enough for me. The beignet flight was crazy filling, even for 2 people. The crawfish one was underseasoned and thespices on top was heavy handed. I didnt try the chocolate but he said that it was rich and the plain was too doughy, compared toothers. Id stick with the apple one in the future. Great meal aside from the hurricane that lacked alcohol, potato salad, andcrawfish beignet. Id still easily come back here and recommend trying this place.
