I ordered through Grubhub today from your establishment around 1:30 pm ish. Once I received the thank for your order message... from the site, it automatically gives you the businesses phone number. I was just calling to make sure my order was correct. Theman on the phone was abrupt and rude. He kept telling me I don?t work through a third party company. I said isn?t thisCamburger? He said yes. If he had just taken a little time to listen, this could have been resolved better. I suddenly got acall from Grubhub that my order was cancelled. I?m glad. The burger was tasty and made with quality meat. However, construction and presentation was pretty bad. I paid $1.50 to add... cheddar cheese to my burger (which is mildly absurd) but it was nearly all melted off and falling off the sides. The pattyitself was not flattened enough and so the burger was needlessly too tall and made it awkward to eat. The burger lay on a sheetof parchment in a basket. The juice from the burger pooled on the parchment paper and then spilled out all over the counter onceI lifted the burger out of it. Quite messy, but like I said, tasty too. Read more
