Order often and great pizza. Kermit is a household favorite.

They just doubled the price of this pizza. It?s really good but not worth the insane price hike. No thank you Detroit style. $20... for 4 slices!! Seriously!! We used to order all the time but I don?t think I will be ordering anymore. Read more

Pizza was a bit whack. Crust wasn?t cheesy enough and sauce was odd. Square pie guys is better in the battle of Detroit style... pizza. Read more

The pizza here is all that typical California pizza isn't - the dough is thick and crisp, the tomato sauce is rich, flavorful,... and spicy, and the toppings are really strongly flavored. The classic pepperoni is great, but the Kermit and the Philly werebeautifully unique. Read more

Holy mother of Za! SO. GOOD. Great to have such culinary blessings in East O. First time eater here but Carbona is... instantly going to the regular takeout top-shelf. Got the thick pepperoni. I love saucy pizzas and this did not disappoint(well maybe the corners were a bit dry but that's why you get extra sauce on the side). The pepperoni were all cooked intothose cute bowl-with-a-bit-of-oil-at-the-bottom shape and were chewy and quality. The sauce was outstanding, I don't think youcan have exceptional pizza without exceptional sauce and they really hit it out the park here. Thick, intense, rich and tangy. Finally the real differentiator is the thick crust. Yet, it's light and airy in the middle balancing out the intensity andflavor up top. That crust makes it a really unique experience IMO, something I haven't really had before. It's actually a lotof bang for your buck too; I guess two hungry peeps could eat all this but my wife and I could not, it's "rich" in it's way andI want to approach this pie with some respect. It'll all get eaten tomorrow tho, if not later tonite. Read more

I grew up in Detroit. Jet's Pizza and Papa Romano's were our go-to's for the local style square pan pizza. Carbona took that... style and made something even more incredible. Also, get the mozzarella sticks if you want to relive your childhood. Read more

My husband and his mom wanted pizza but I?ve been trying to watch my carbs - Carbona came through for all of us. The pizza was... great - kinda fluffy, loaded with toppings all the way to the edges, and crisp on the bottom. What?s not to like. The pizzabowl was really good. I wasn?t sure if the spaghetti squash would work with the pizza toppings but it absolutely did. We?llorder again. Read more
