40th St. Cutting Blvd need training from the cooks in East Oakland. The staff are nice but I witness them to take the chicken... out of the bag dip it in flour then fry. No seasoning. Plain nasty fresh tasting chicken. Same for Richmond well they do haveflavor. Yeah burnt grease before noon. Thus far Popeye and Kfc are the only ones that season their food and it makes me angry topay $10 for food that I could cook better. They never taste their food it happens often. I went with others and I would rathercook my own food then pay for plain flavorless chicken. They keep getting worse And the new tiny chicken wings are a joke. Newsize but same plain taste. There's salt-free seasoning We're not dogs and we deserve flavorful food regardless if we do not cookìt ourselves. Just telling the truth. Since you askéd Read more

I visited Church's chicken yesterday and ordered the 10 pieces at a cost of $25 (rounded). However, the nice young lady asked me... if I wanted the Family feast which was $20 and it included 5 jalapenos and biscuits which my friend requested. My only problemand why it didn't get a 5 was that it has too much breading which I refuse to eat. I go there about every 2-3 months. I am veryglad I do not smell the rancid oil across the street from my church like i did in the past. Read more

Currently they only allow 2 people inside the restaurant at the same time for ordering. That's a reasonable to make it safer for... the employees. I arrived at 7:30pm and was first inline outside the door with 2 customers inside. After waiting 5 minutes, another person joined me in line. Eventually a worker came to let me in and said they were out of chicken as well as frenchfries. So good for them that they sold out. But 2 stars because it would be much more considerate of the restaurant toimmediately inform people waiting outside that they had run out of food, or simply tape a simple sign to the door. Read more

I do not recommend coming here. I ordered a very simple order , no one else was ordering and they shut down the drive thru.... After ordering I waited for my order , another gentleman came in and was quickly served. He even thought it was for me but itwasn?t. I was forced to wait 15 minutes for stuff that was already cooked to be placed in a box. The cashier even completelysquished my muffin. I am a nice person who treats everyone the same. But after seeing how this cashier treated the people whohad the same color still as hers and forcing me to wait because we aren?t the same color. Stuff like this makes me not want tobe nice to everyone and treat people equal. I purchased the food for a homeless person who asked for food and even though hewasn?t my skin color I still did it. This place needs to be shut down because we all know she won?t be fired Read more
