We, my family of four, had the best experience ever on two different occasions with a waitress blue Latin woman with blue hair.... Our food order was properly cooked and very hot everything came out perfect she was attentive and kind refilled our drinks whenthey got lower she even left the restaurant to go get ranch dressing when the kitchen had run out. I couldn't ask for a betterexperience or better customer service I will go there only when she is working the rest of the staff seems Clueless. Read more

I went in around 5am for a to-go order because it was a long night and I was craving there chocolate chip banana pancakes. The... women who took my order was very polite and kind. The restaurant was clean and looked orderly. The ladies room was out of toiletpaper but that was easily fixed.My food was cooked and ready to go very quickly, I was so grateful. When I got home to eat mypancakes they had put white chocolate chips in my pancakes and the banana that was sliced and put on top was brown and a bitslimy. Holy hell, the area is super scary. Literally several cars right outside with no wheels, a guy jacking up a car to take wheels... in daylight. The place generally in the slums of Oakland, but the food was great, clean and quick. Read more
Went for a burger and fries at 2am and it was a bad experience. Only 2 workers who were tweaked out real bad especially the one... who handed me my food and drink. On top of that it?s like they gave me old fries, they where hard and cold. I paid $25 to wastemy time, gas and money on my lunch break! Very disappointing! Do better! Read more
