My app gave the wrong address. I immediately called the restaurant and they gave the driver the correct address. Driver called... me and i gave him the right address also. Driver called whatever app company he was working for and confirmed the address. Theapp called me and confirmed the address and formed me the order would be here soon. the delivery driver then took the pizza backto the restaurant and said we asked for it to go back which is a lie. Lack of hygiene, Employees making the pizza without protecting their hands and hair.
The pizza is good, but man they got rid of their chicken options and that's what took away from their overall score. If you... just want NY style pizza in the East Bay this place is legit, but definitely go elsewhere if you are looking for a more classicpizza place menu. Read more

COSTUMERS BE WARY Me and my family were starving for some pizza and found this place and it looked wonderful. Boy was I wrong.... When the delivery guy came he had 2 out of the three good pizzas I had ordered, I called the place asking for my order. They said that my last pizza was on the rack ready for delivery but they rudely refused to do so!!! And when I asked for his name hehung up. Never going back to this place again. Read more
I ordered from them for dinner for me and my family, and I only received 2/3 of the pizzas I ordered. When I called to rectify... the issue, the staff and manager were incredibly rude to me, and even said they had the pizza in their warming oven and hadsimply forgotten to deliver it. I asked if they could now deliver it, which they said they couldn?t. I asked the manager hisname, which he said was George, then I asked if he was lying and he said yes. I never got his name. Instead of then deliveringit they insisted that I pick it up, and when I refused they told me to take it up with corporate and hung up on me. Read more
Delicious NY style pizza, love their thin crust & tangy red sauce. Once had a problem where my pizza wasn?t delivered (thanks... Doordash!) and the folks at Gabriella?s made me a new pie on the spot. This place was only cool one time. The next time I ordered DoorDash, my order was stolen and cancelled. The order was picked up... by a random. How do the employees let that happen?? No phone verification or order checked by staff?!?! It was a very expensiveorder. Lack of attention, will cause lack of income! Never going here again.
