My onion rings were not properly cooked. They were slimy and taste like raw batter. The breading fell completely off and did not... adhere to the onion. Gross. And the dirty sauce was old. I wasted my money on that. However, the sandwich was good! Read more
This ice makes great sandwiches. Never had an issue with their staff or the quality of their sandwiches. This is definitely one... shop I can count on to get a great sandwich every time, all the time. However one time they forgot my candy in my bag LOL Read more
They either tried to sneak dairy into both of my vegan sandwiches and expected me to not notice or they are so overworked they... didn't notice what they were doing but either way it's always something. It's chaos in there. They need more employees. EDIT: Isee your response but you should be constantly improving and that doesn't require my input, you lost me as a customer already. I've been to Ikes twice. It's pretty tasty. But on my second visit, I got the We're Just Friends. There was no avocado in it,... though there should have been. But there was a large piece of plastic. So that's gross. Read more
Ordered online with a 1:55 promised ready time. Showed up and order wasn?t ready. All good? waited inside a little longer,... walked outside and back in a couple more times? not a word mentioned to me. After a few mins an employee noticed someone elsewaiting and checks up on them, then me. My order was ready but no one let me know while I was waiting in the almost empty place.I?m not the type to nag so I guess it?s on me. Real issue though - the sandwich. Chicken was a minimum, sauce was helllla sweetand way too large of a serving. Dutch crunch bread was gummy and thick. It was hard choosing a sandwich from the many eye-catching options listed on the menu ? some with an Asian twist. Creative,... California deli sandwiches at their best. Grabbed a sandwich in the morning, to enjoy on a hike later in the day. The sandwichwas not soggy, felt like it was just made. Dutch Crunch roll is a definite thumbs up. Staying in town a couple of days on business and looking for something to eat. I stopped by to grab a sandwich, asked how big... they are and saw they are on the small side - see photo. I asked if they do half sandwiches and, no, so I ordered two. Thephoto shows one half of each sandwich I got, BTW supposedly the same sandwich. Seems too much money for a "meh" product andquantity, it tasted fine, but nothing special. Read more
