Check your food. Ordered prawn hot and sour soup. Only got 2 tiny shrimps also ordered 3 chicken egg rolls and got veggie egg... rolls that were completely frozen in the middle. I just put them in the air fryer instead of going back even though I liveright around the corner. Read more

I have frequented this place periodically and it has gone down hill in quality but definitely not in price. They have started... skimping on the amount of food that is given. For 18.00 dollars, I should have more than 4 little dry fried ribs and a scoop offried rice. Read more
Jade Palace is not what it use to be. The food is just ok, now. I've been a customer of Jade Palace for over 20 years and the... quality is not there anymore. She service is gone.
