Chicken this time actually wasn't dry. The biscuit on the other hand very dry and hard.
They don't deserve any star, the Worst staff ever the worst store ever, aggressive and they don't know their own policy, and... they kept me waiting 20 minutes to tell me we don't have any sandwiches, the worst experience and this review is not only from aone bad experience it happened 3 times at this branch. Worst KFC ever! Screwed up my order 2 days in a row. I called to try to get my order fixed I was met with an upleasant attitude... and no help what so ever. When I poltiley explained the issue that I didn't received part of the combo as advertised, a cookieand sauce. I was told that cookies aren't part of the combo. It is advertised this way and he continued to argue and hung up onme when he "went to someone else to clarify". When I called back I was forwarded multiple times. I wish I could give one star.Terrible customer service, terrible food, and you will never get your sauce nor cookies as advertised. Read more
