Chicken this time actually wasn't dry. The biscuit on the other hand very dry and hard.
They don't deserve any star, the Worst staff ever the worst store ever, aggressive and they don't know their own policy, and... they kept me waiting 20 minutes to tell me we don't have any sandwiches, the worst experience and this review is not only from aone bad experience it happened 3 times at this branch. Worst KFC ever! Screwed up my order 2 days in a row. I called to try to get my order fixed I was met with an upleasant attitude... and no help what so ever. When I poltiley explained the issue that I didn't received part of the combo as advertised, a cookieand sauce. I was told that cookies aren't part of the combo. It is advertised this way and he continued to argue and hung up onme when he "went to someone else to clarify". When I called back I was forwarded multiple times. Small drive-thru and about four parking spots, mostly satisfied with the food quality. Biggest issue is having the drive-thru... worker ask each car to pull forward and back to set off the ground sensor so they can trick their computer system. Read more
I feel like I haven't been here enough to know what's up. But the spicy chicken sandwiches are a hit. I can eat those all day.... The times I did go, staffed seemed kind and good was right on. Read more
My order was missing one fries and idk what is 4 pickles that I didn?t get with my order plus they charge me side only for... $1.00 that I didn?t ask for and the beverage soda was almost full to the top with ice all that because I had few questions aboutthe menu I was expected better customer service as a customer I will Never going back there again Read more
