Place is dirty. Service is poor - not personable, had to call the attention of the person (2 feet away) to try the ice cream.... Bought a packed ice cream. The ice cream is bad - ice in it, separated, as if it melted and was refroze. Won't be returning. Read more
Small tight with loads of Loard's ice cream! Pre packed and human packed on spot. They also they cakes. The owner is very nice.... I personally perfer this small one in east Oakland than the one near Coolidge. Parking lot. Read more

I usually stop for a shake or packed ice cream. The sundaes are very good but with a quart of ice cream I can tell myself I'm... not eating it all in one go. (A lie!). They also have coffee, doughnuts and some hot breakfast sandwiches so not just a dessertplace. Friendly owners I always enjoy visiting with. Read more
