I typically wouldn't leave a review for McDonald's. I don't go that often but I do have the app which is great for saving a few... dollars. When I do need something quick to eat. I was able to get a quarter pounder medium fries and a medium drink for 6 bucks.They're the pretty long line at the drive-thru so I parked in one of the stalls where they bring the food to you. An older blackgentleman brought my food out and was super apologetic about how long I had waited which couldn't have been more than 5 minutes.Obviously taking pride in his job. Kudos! Read more
Awful restaurant they charged us $32 for a crispy chicken sandwich a coke a frappe and a spicey chicken sandwich .and a vanilla... shake they dais they dont have shakes when asked why ?t they shake machine was broken....yeah right they didn't want to cleanthe machine at t he end of the shift when out order came the girl at yhe window did not know what drinks we had I asked formayonnaise she said what? We don't have mayonnaise... also we ordered 1 bag of small fries when our order came they were coldgave they back and we got 4 hot bags 1 big Mac with bacon a crispy chicken sandwich with pickles and nothing else on it ...Iwill never go back here the workers are lazy and when we drove up the girl taking the orders was yelling at someone for notpaying for their food ! $32 for sh*t. Very rude people, they yelled at me in the phone when they couldn?t find my McDelivery order, but 2 minutes later they found it.... And they miss something in my order every time in the drive thru. Very very bad Read more
When the guy handed us our food he looked inside the bag and listed everything on our order. When we got home some items were... missing. Let this be a cautionary tale: check that all your food is there before you pull forward. Other than that, it wasconsistently McDonald's food as expected. We didn't go inside. Read more
Went through the drive through. Took a minute to get our order understood by the lady at the order window. We ordered one (1)... coke with no ice, two (2) chocolate sundaes and one (1) caramel sundae. At the second pick-up window, another lady gave us asweet tea. Seems she had a hard time understanding that the drinks she was trying to give us weren't ours. She finally got itand gave us our 3 sundaes and coke. Read more
The menu display was broken at the counter and the employees said that I could only order from the panels that weren't broken.
The ladies working here are very polite. I usually come for mobile order pickup and sit outside to wait. A couple times it's... been really slow and a couple times it's been quick. I've only had to ever go in once when breakfast was about to be over and mymobile order hadn't come out for 30minutes. I get it though, they're busy and they were quick to get my order to me, once Iwent in and let them know how long I'd been waiting outside. My orders have been 90% correct as well, which is a pretty amazingtrack record for McD's. Security guys on site are friendly as well. Read more
they focus too much on the drive thru and neglect everyone else. there is nobody to take orders and nobody to serve... takeouts/dineins. I ordered over the app in advance only to stand there for 10 mins for a large fry. it literally takes 10seconds to prepare. you get there, tell them your order, and then they?ll make it. completely defeats the purpose of orderingahead. they need to fix the system or hire more staff or something. I?m here for fast food and this does not make the cut. Read more
