Cool spot... Got there in order my food. Paid for it. Receive my food. And I was on my way. That's what I call fast service.... Only thing I would say. Is there parking is very limited through the drive-thru. You got to park all out in the street. And itcan get a little confusing. Because people seem to jump right in front of you. And you just don't want no problems. All of thatbeing said. I still would go back. They just perhaps need to fix the parking structure a little bit more. Read more
The Filao Fish sandwich was fresh, but the quarter pounder was very greasy. Otherwise, it was good.
Too many people hanging out pan handling, and they didn't get my order right, I ordered a iced mocha and there's no ice put in... the coffee and the mocha wasn't stirred up and it was warm. Very dissatisfied with this McDonald's. I ended up throwing out themocha. What a waste of a person hard earned money. Read more
So I order Mcdonald's through DoorDash and decided to take the lid off my soft drink as there was no straw inside my bag, and... noticed black spots inside cup, upon moving the ice, noticed a fly inside my cup. As with all DoorDash orders, soft drink lidsare sealed for customer protection. I'm just wondering how in the hell your staff didn't catch this. On top of that we tried tocall and let the manager know, and after explaining to him what I found inside my cup, he pretended all of a sudden to be hardof hearing and couldn't understand me and hung up. I called back promptly and got a message saying, " Sorry the number youcalled is busy, please try again later", as if the phone line was disconnected. I wasn't expecting to make a big deal out ofthis, but with that coinciding to my order ending up with a fly in cup, I'm very disappointed with this type service. I hopeothers inspect your meals from this location very carefully as apparently the staff doesn't care for customer safety. Read more
Nice remodel, good looking, modern store but it's in a really really bad part of Oakland and you should really be on high alert... when visiting. the parking lot can be very dangerous and hard to navigate because of the cars going and coming, often times orsketchy characters hanging around inside and outside.
