Horrible place. Couldn?t put a sign up that they are only take online orders. So we had to wait 30 mins in a line just to pass... and not get food. Good customer service would be to put a freaking sign up!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could Read more
I wish they were open 24, but they were nicer than the other drive thru places I've been to. Polite and fast.
I only go because the staff is amazing. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you. This spot gets so much negative results... because the customers are rude. Be kind to the people, they serve your food. Read more
Everyone here works really hard and they always do their best with special orders and requests. I wish their fries were a little... fresher when they finally get to my bag though. They're usually a little cold. Read more
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese it's even listed on the tag but instead of getting that I got a Big Mac (which... there is a price difference) I also requested catsup I received 5 packs of mustard and 4 packs of mayo. I was at the drive through. I made the mistake the saying can I get a small water. (I think the employee should have asked do... you mean bottled water?) I got the receipt and notice it say bottle water. I said "that is bad for the environment. Pleaseremoved that and give me a refund." Then I see the cashier making extensive hand gestures and I heard her say "I want arefund." I asked 'are you making fun of me??" I think McDonald's has buried this review, so people can not see it. I only stop by for a quick cup of coffee, though fairly frequently. Just wanted to give Staff 5 Stars for doing such an awesome... job while bring waaaay understaffed 100 percent of the time. Their drive-thru is one of the most efficient in the biz. Oh, thewoman who keeps the place spotless during weekdays deserves a medal and a pay raise. One huge downside is that my order isalmost always wrong and they only serve coffee one way..."Random." This means ya only can get coffee one way no matter theorder and this method is completely random. Read more
