I was told my pink chicken sandwich was "how it was supposed to look" and the lady told me that I dont know what chicken is... supposed to look like, because I dont eat as much chicken as her... I asked for a refill and they said they dont offer refillsnow, because of the pandemic... in November of 2022.. thats a good one im going to remember that one... the pandemic... sopathetic. also the fries were garbage, but thats to be expected. Had an issue and wanted to speak to a manager...but couldn't get it handled because she clearly couldn't comprehend the English... language...if you are In a supervisor position you should be able to speak and comprehend English. Customer service is unsuccessful, they always forget items on the orders. I have to come back for the items. Wasting time. I... like many of the items on the menu, but service is key, that's where the failure lays...???? Read more

Okay sooooo, I ONLY gave 1? for the ???? that was kinda good. Their drive thru wasn't too crowded; BUT it NEVER seemed to move... after "20 min", so I decided to park & go in.........why oh why did I do that? We're in the middle of a VERY SERIOUS heat wave"114deg"; their AC was totally OFF & to top it off, the "plain ???? was NOT plain....the coke was HECKSA flat!!!!! I mean likefa REALS "McDonald's"!!!!! People, avoid this place at all costs.When you order chicken nuggets, they ask you to park on the side and wait for those to be... ready, really??? This always happens.Also 2 nights ago there was a hispanic woman with a kinda blonde tinted hair handling thefood on the drive-throu,, who?s really rude with her very bad attitude. I think she?s a new employee. Because i been a customerfor a long time and never seen her before. Very unprofessional drive through staff at this particular McDonald's a couple nights ago. I arrived here to pick up two orders... that were already sent through, paid for and were supposed to be in the works. I arrived about 15 minutes after the orders weresent through. A super long drive thru line, but that's fine, I think to myself, not necessarily the restaurant's fault. Ifinally make it to the drive through order box and repeat the info of both orders to the person on speaker, only to have themask me to repeat it a few times, forgetting the order info after just a few seconds (literally a 3 digit order code.) Then tellme to drive up to the 2nd window. This makes me think they at least bothered to check in the orders, get them ready for when Ican get to the 2nd window. I receive texts from one person I'm picking the order up for, asking me why it's taking so long. Itake a picture of the line of cars, send it to them and tell them my best guess is they're just busy. After quite some time Imake it to the second window, just to nearly be handed the person behind me's meal until they take the time to stop and hear meagain about the two prepaid orders. 2nd window person asks me to confirm order numbers again, not giving me enough time to tellthem both numbers before running to supposedly check for the order, only to return just a moment later asking me to repeat the 3digit number they forgot in that span of time. I make sure to tell them, again, that there is a second order I'm picking up,repeating the 3 digit order # for that one multiple times, clearly & slowly in hopes it would help. Well, come to find out theynever made either order! I was then to sit in the drive thru parking space for about 10 more minutes before 2nd window guy cameout, with only one of the orders. The second order was of course forgotten again and I had to repeat all the info for it yetagain, and wait yet again for the second order. They didn't even bother to put an order # on the Read more
