Lobby closes at 6:00 p.m. employees were smoking outside the front door. Wasn't impressed.
I did a drive through, my order was perfect I got what I ordered.
the worst. 1. Restorant is close 2. Long wait in drive Tru 3. Wrong burger in order 4. Absent sous 5. Absent sugar in latte.
Really good location just make sure to always double check your order when you get it because it is fast food and sometimes... things are forgotten. Lastly, MAKE SURE YOUR FRIES ARE HOT. McDonald's Fries ???? are not good cold. Fast service overall. Read more
Morning time, drive up window service is good, but if they make a mistake and you need to go inside to correct it the door is... locked. Hours say they?re open but they will not come to the door. Another gentleman and myself were trying to fix our ordersreceipts and bags in hand and were completely ignored. There were two employees just sitting around hearing us, watching uslike we were crazy. I literally had to walk around to the drive up window to get the order fixed. Read more
This is a popular location, due to convince of getting something quick from work or on way home, there is a Tesla charging... station. Service is ok, and you will find a panhandler once in a while, also the cheapest gas in the area is close , an arco gasstation. Read more

East Palo Alto McDonald's have the worse customer service and they mess up your order every time. Won't even give you napkins... and give you 2 packs of ketchup for a 5 person order. Owner needs to stop being so stingy Read more
