I placed an order for curbside and the guy that bought my order out wouldn't bring it to my driver side where my window was down... at. I told him my passenger window did not rolled down. He tried to put my order on the hood of my car. I told him to cancel myorder he said you do it. The app didn't have an option to do it after my order was completed. Terrible customer service. My cookies were not fresh and when I went to return them for new ones, she offered to microwave them... for me. Unbelievable. I requested new fresh ones and with an attitude she told me to wait in the parking lot. Wow. Read more
