Rude staff here. The woman with the braids needs to be let go. Tried to wash my hands in the restroom and she pushed a cart in... my way and yelled the bathroom is closed to customers. She also yelled at another customer to dine outside and not inside. Whatkind of behavior is this? Read more

Normally I just love Noah's bagels! Especially the one in Walnut Creek. But the last two times I've been in there the person... behind the cash register has been, well, let's just say they're in a perpetually bad mood. Not a big deal. Everybody has baddays. But the woman ordering before me mentioned that hers was burned the last time she came in there and so she asked that itnot happened this time. They said they were having trouble with their toaster. I thought to myself well burned toast is burnedtoast. If you see it's burned you might want to make a change. But instead they blamed their equipment. Funnily enough, that'sexactly what happened to me yesterday. I ordered an asiago cheese bagel with an egg and the picture I've attached is what I got.So, it's not going great. But with a few minor adjustments it can be back to being a really great Noah's bagels. Read more
