Food is good but they lack hospitality...ordered a meal but was refused a small cup for ice and for this to not be my first time... here the restroom STILL is out of order especially for paying customers. The owner is amazing duper sweet, Philly is delicious, bread is fluffy and soft, and they have Taylor ham sandwiches!! Chips... and soda from Philly too, love to see those tasty food and kind awesome business owners here in the bay! Thank ya for a taste ofhome! Extremely over-bearing and rude owner. Poor customer service skills with no regard for customer satisfaction. Doesn?t mind just... randomly yelling at people, then realizing that she?s wrong and just continuing on regardless. The taste is okay, which would begreat if it weren?t the smallest Philly I?ve ever seen for a ridiculously high price. The Food was Amazing, I'm from Philly and I felt like I was at home. I had the pepperoni cheesesteak and the chicken. The meat... was nice and tender and well blended with the cheese.The Amoroso roll was nice and soft. The cheese fries ???? Was cheesy allover not just on top like some places. This is legit one of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had! Having grown up in Philly, I know a good cheesesteak. I typically... won't order if I'm not in the city but the setup of this establishment resembled everything you might find in the tri-state.They even go the extra mile and ship in Tastycake treats as well Hank's beverages and Birch Beer. This is a one stop shop witha super friendly staff. I will definitely be coming here to get my Philly Cheesesteak fix. Read more
