I order shrimp spring rolls but originally want grill pork and shrimp but the told I shouldn't have it together. I don't know... why, I was will to pay a lil more.. so I just got the shrimp only and it's horrible!! 1- It's was not fresh because the ricepaper was hard like it was sitting in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 2- The herbs was brown and also not fresh. 3-super over price for 2 small spring rolls. Food is terrible. Not sure what is going on with the kitchen. We came here all the times. Today the soup has no flavor, taste... like power soup base. The appetizers has peanut and menu doesn?t alert the customers. We also ordered a chicken vermicelli,chicken is so dry. We didn?t eat at all. My friend didn?t want me bring it up to the owner, we paid and left the restaurant. Ireturned back and let them know right away. Read more
Went to lunch with my friends here for some authentic Vietnamese food. The rice dishes and Pho are good. However, the Vietnamese... crepe were not crispy but rather oily. I will try something else next time. Read more
The bun bo hue wasn't perfect but very good for a general-purpose Vietnamese restaurant. Easy parking. Outdoor tables available.... Near the excellent Oakland Museum of California. Read more
We stopped by this place for lunch today and got lucky to beat the rush! Excellent food with large porition and clean... environment. We sat outside in the covered patio. I had Vermicelli with Fried Shimp wihch tasted great with freshingrediantes. Others had Pho which was also well recieved. Would recommend the place for quick lunch. The name makes me laugh but the food was excellent with our group of 4! From the pho to the meat to the rice to the hot tea. All... good Was about 60$ for 4 people as well. Read more
Pho-king amazing! Fresh, great quality, the kitchen knows it's stuff. No shortage of Vietnamese restaurants around here, but... this place is head and shoulders better than the others in the area. Pretty busy though.. be prepared for a short wait at peaktimes. Read more
Pho is a 8.3/10. Good portions. Good broth, not too much salt. Great place to eat after a long day at work. Not too busy at... night. Good servers. Best prices compared to the rest of the Bay Area. Read more
