I've been eating pizza from this location for many, many years. The pizza from our last visit had primo pepperoni that didn't... look quite right....sort of pale in color. The driest parmesan twist ever. I've gone many times asked for extra parmasean cheese on the twist and no matter what they are... still dry. Then I finally asked why. And they told me that they have a policy of NOT putting cheese on top of the twist anymorebecause it burns. What ever happened to customer service? If I am willing to pay extra for it.
