I've been eating pizza from this location for many, many years. The pizza from our last visit had primo pepperoni that didn't... look quite right....sort of pale in color. My daughter said it tasted fine, but I'm a person who eats with their eyes. It didnot look appealing. I will give them one more chance. Read more

The driest parmesan twist ever. I've gone many times asked for extra parmasean cheese on the twist and no matter what they are... still dry. Then I finally asked why. And they told me that they have a policy of NOT putting cheese on top of the twist anymorebecause it burns. What ever happened to customer service? If I am willing to pay extra for it. Smiles & engages with his customers. Willingness to help make yourexperience a good one. So tonight I ordered the personal. Half King Arthur & Half Galic Chicken. Place the order online. Walkedinside to pay. Super Easy.Young lady greeted me and identified my order. As she handed my meal to me she says, we usually don'tmake personal pizza half and half but the cook went ahead and made it for you????. The only issue I have with thatinformation..online allows you to order half and half on any size pizza. Customers shouldn't be held accountable for technicalissues with a business online ordering system. I still give this location a 5 stars because the owner is awesome and so is hisskills in the kitchen!!My pizza is right 95 % of the time other 5% is my confusing self,it's hard??????????? I got food poisoning at Round Table located 5095 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA from King Arthur Supreme pizza that was delivered to... my home on Monday, July 8, 2019, at 5 pm. I know that my sickness was caused by the pizza I consumed because I felt sick 45minutes after eating it. I suffered for nausea, fever, body aches, diarrhea that lead to me becoming dehydrated, and Ideveloped a migraine most likely from fluid loss. My fever spiked at 102 degrees. The manager (who was understanding andcourteous) told me that the only way I could get a refund was if I had a doctors note identifying my sickness as food poisoningand if I could prove my illness was from the pizza I ate. An emergency room visit, blood test, and stool and pizza analysiswould exceed the cost of the meal $38. I was shocked to discover that Round Table Pizza on Telegraph Avenue was cited byAlameda Country Environmental Health for three sanitation violations (unsanitary food surfaces, unsanitary food preparation, andlack of soap and towels in the employee bathrooms) in December 2018: I paid $38 for contaminated food.
