Delicious food and very friendly staff! Great music and ambience too especially seeing as the building has history. I've been... wanting to try this place for awhile and I finally did. The food didn't disappoint my only suggestion was maybe having a sauceto go with the chick'n. Other than that I'd recommend! Read more
We fell in love with the sinful vegan food here after tasting the succulent Gator bites & the Seitan Po? Boy. The seasoned fries... were a little less spectacular, but that?s ok. Yas yasss and more yas. I've been wanting to go here for years and finally got to go on a Sunday for brunch. We arrived before... the big crowds came in. Completely overwhelmed, even with just the brunch menu. Everything from brunch to their full menu willmake your mouth water. We got a big spread and shared, mostly. Stopped here for quick eats before a concert. Was recommended but was warned that they were sometimes slow. We ignored them and... proceeded. We like to try for ourselves. We were a little disappointed. ?? Cashier taking our order was very friendly. Weplaced our order for French fries, beer, a mixed drink and fried zucchini. You seat yourself here. My husband ordered aspecific beer. He was told they were all out of that specific brand and he ordered something else. The server came out to tellhim that they found one (not sure from where but he was happy) of what he asked for previously and asked if he wanted it. Hesaid yes. The mixed drink was good. The fries came out after a wait. They were tasty. After another wait, the waitresseventually came out to tell us that they were all out of zucchini. ?? She again apologized. We were disappointed because we werereally looking forward to trying the zucchini and we felt we were waiting a while. She apologized and refunded ourmoney. Experience just ok. My daughter has been a Vegan for 5 years and this is one of her favorite spots now!!! It was my first time and I really enjoyed... everything!!! The food was amazing and so was the help!! This place has good music, culture and vibe. The food quality as far as taste was just so/so. As soon as you come in you order... at the counter. The young man that took our order had a lack luster attitude. As we turned the corner to find a seat, we were"then " greeted with a warm welcome. The menu had good choices, food came out quickly and presentation was good.However, thetofu was over cooked and lacked flavor. There is no waiter/waitress service so if you want something else you have to get up,get back on line and order again. Very inconvenient. Drink was well made but came towards the end of the meal. Everything was sensational!!! This is my new favorite spot. I got the ain?t gator Poe boy with fries, greens and the Mac and... cheese and it was so good I forgot to take a picture. I also got the strawberry ginger drink but I forgot to take a picture. Thepecan cake and the lemon cake were on point. The owner was there and she was super nice and so was the rest of the staff.
