Not all the workers here have chips on their shoulders, a few are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful going so far as to... suggest replacements for items out of stock and fixing the wrong orders taken by more incompetent staff even going as far aspaying for extra associated with order substitution out of pocket. That said; the racism toward white male undertones by some ofthe staff is palatable. This isn't a complaint, or "thou shalt behave as:" screed, it's a reminder that not all whites areracist, as are not most humans period, but the ones that have a deep seated resentment toward ANY race should examine that,address it from the standpoint of respect and, as hard as it is, taking the knowlwdge of how being victim to and byracsists(racism) feels and using that to curtail owns own projection onto non deserving others.. cause we all will be blindeventually (sooner than quick at this rate) if eye for an eye is the rule. The place was empty which is good, the attention of the baristas very friendly but the manager was not friendly when asked about... the bathroom. An Important fact is, in this place there is NO public bathroom. Read more
There are so many Starbucks in our country that it's not even worth rating the coffee shop by the products that they offer. This... review is purely on the staff. The staff here is pretty amazing. We live in a pretty diverse community here and they do a verygood job of taking care of everyone. The staff here is very friendly and efficient. They do a great job working with what theyhave. Recently they have closed the restrooms at this location. I assume it's probably because of the homeless population.They're pretty close to a school so around 3 through 3 lines sometimes get pretty long especially when it's hot because theirorders are usually families and groups of kids. So that means that they're making a lot of frappuccinos which takes a little bitlonger. Also this location is directly next to a major freeway entrance so there's a lot of people who stop in before work andeven on Saturdays and Sundays the mornings can sometimes get pretty crowded there. But like I said they do move pretty fastbecause they're quite efficient. Read more
Online orders and even ordering in person are always quick and efficient. I think the ?longest? I was waiting was 5 mins after... ordering in store. All staff are friendly and the coffee is always on point. Read more
The people that work here make great drinks and are nice. My only complaint is hours on Google are wrong a lot of the time. I... get it, things change but just list hours correctly. It's really inconsiderate of people's time, and especially gas beingwasted. Read more

Asked for a tall white mocha, got a regular mocha. No questions, it was fixed immediately for me. It was great
