Very rude customer service , by the women she refused to help me because I kindly asked her to cut a different bread for my six... inch because the precut 6inch didn?t look fresh. THE ONLY REASON GIVE IT A 2 IS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN IN THERE BEFORE AND HAD GREAT SERVICE, EXCEPT TODAY. I ORDERED A SPECIAL... SANDWICH (TURKEY BREAST FOR $3.99) THE GIRL/LADY/EMPLOYEE ASK ME WHAT I WANT ON IT. I TELL HER VERY POLITELY," MAYO,MUSTARD, NOTOMATOES BUT EVERYTHING ELSE." THEN I SAY I WOULD LIKE EXTRA LETTUCE,PICKLES,& ONIONS.WHEN SHE DIDN'T PUT ENOUGH ONIONS ON IASKED HER COULD SHE PUT SOME MORE ON. SHE RAISED HER VOICE AND SAID IT'S A SPECIAL YOU CAN'T HAVE EXTRA STUFF.I SAID I WILL PAYFOR IT IF IT'S A PROBLEM, HOW MUCH. SHE COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A PRICE BECAUSE SHE WAS LYING. THE REASON I'M ANGRY IS NOT THE LIEBUT THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY SHE TALKED TO ME EVEN AFTER I SAID I WOULD PAY FOR THE EXTRA. I'VE BEEN EATING IN SUBWAY LONGER THANSHE BEEN BORN AND I'VE NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA OR BEEN TALKED TO IN SUCH A RUDE MANNER. AN BY THE WAY THE CASHIER DIDN'T CHARGEME ANYTHING EXTRA. I SAID I'M GOING TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE HER ANSWER WAS "SO". SHE HAD A NAME BADGE ON WITH HER NAMEBLANK AND SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME HER NAME. IT WAS WEDNESDAY 12, BETWEEN 2pm AND 4pm AND IT WASN'T THE HEAVY SET NICE LADY THAT ISWAS AND IS ALWAYS NICE AND HELPFUL.IT WAS THE OTHER ONE THAT LOOKS LIKE SHE CAN'T STAND BEING THERE. Read more
