They would not take my coupon and. Did not have a bathroom that customers could use. I will not go there again.
This sub way is way too expensive and they don?t take coupons they?re getting over on their customers if you are not starving... to death or dying I suggest you go down the street to another subway and save a couple of dollars . Read more
I order salad it?s badly prepared. Due to busy hours only one person working so she messed with my salad. Bad experience.
I may have come on a bad day but they were out of cookies and the fountain soda machine wasn't working. I bought a sandwich and... asked if I could buy a Flatbread, just the bread. I'm on the Embarcadero in Oakland, I was told by the employee working at Subway that they don't serve the men and women who... served our country. I don't think she said it in those words, but I couldn't exactly understand what she was saying. It took meseveral times to understand what she was getting at. I guess my ears didn't believe me. I asked her to please serve me and,"ma'am please don't do this to me right now" and " please don't do this." She even started making my sandwich, but paused. Sherefused service to me and told me to ask the customer in line behind me "why?." She said I wasn't, " hearing everything she saidto me." I did have to say "what, I'm sorry" several times. The employee immigrated here from another country and I advised herthat the reason she could refuse me service is because she can enjoy the freedoms that I fought for, was injured for, and myfriends died for. I'm all in favor for people coming to our country and enjoying the freedoms that we have been able to live bysince the establishment of our Republic, and I absolutely welcome anyone to do that, but I'm very put off by ANYONE who actslike this. In the end she did try to make it seem like that she was refusing me service because I couldn't hear her questionsabout my sandwich? , which I don't quite understand myself, and "ask the customer behind you what I said to you," who had noidea what was going on. I did ask her "what if I'm deaf," and "what if I'm deaf in one ear or completely deaf?" She seemed tochange the subject matter as I was about to walk out the door. I did raise my voice a little in the end, but ultimately I leftand there was no incident. I apologized to the customer behind me who she tried to involve in the incident. She seemed torespond with, "that's okay honey," but I was too upset at that point to acknowledge much. Read more
