Lumpia doesn't get much better than this place unless it's your dear mother or aunt that's making it and I wouldn't doubt that's... what this place has done which is why they taste so good. They've got tunes jamming outside while you wait to chow down atopmetal ironing boards. It doesn't matter frankly as it could easily be plastic milk crates these lumpia are so good! Read more
Was in the East Bay today, so you know I had to stop at The Lumpia Company. Got that good good Shanghai, Bacon Cheeseburger, and... Earl's Turkey Veggies. Whatchu know about that Peach Mango though?! My friend and I came over to pick up some Lumpia and ended up ordering way more than we expected. It did not disappoint! We got... the chicken tinola lumpia, the tatchos, loco moco on top of tater tots and the dole whip. Oh and the sauces with the lumpia, sogood! Let me tell you.. the dole whip is amazing! First time coming here. I came early when they open. Which is great. I ordered Vietnamese Coffee, Calamansi Limeade, Sisig... Lumpia, pork Belly Chips, bacon cheeseburger lumpia, and grilled skewers shrimp plate. The bacon cheeseburger is good but wasntmy favorite. Favorite is the SISIG. I love sisig so this was soo good. Not too much vinegar. We like the shrimp too. It was anice plump size and had a nice garlic taste to it. The pork belly chips were good too a bit on the salty side but just dip it inthe sauce. The calamansi juice wasnt sour but nice flavor. The Vietnamese coffee is from Orbit (said so on the receipt). But hada nice strong coffee taste. Overall I liked it, wish they had the ribeye moco at this location. Read more
The adobo wings and pork belly chips were pretty yummy. The lumpia Shanghai were slightly disappointing. My batch seemed... slightly undercooked as I grew up having them golden brown and super crispy. Also my mom made them more tightly wrapped andthese just looked sloppily made. Taste was good though. And didn't get a picture since it was so hot today and we devoured them,but the strawberry calamansi freeze was refreshing and delicious. Read more
