Nachos were around $18 with no meet. If you?d like a chip salad with no melted cheese or other toppings, order the nachos. Very... dry chips. Very dry food. There is an extreme language barrier which usually doesn?t bother me but It genuinely affects how theyare able take my order and with such a complicated menu (two restaurants in one) It would be nice to have one person on Staffable to explain just a bit better. I recommend you visit this place, they have the cleanest restrooms in Oakland Ca, OMG! It smelled like pine-sol, it?s well lit... and super clean. Just like the rest of this restaurant, it was super clean. The staff was amazing, and the food was just what Iwent and asked for. I got the vegan tacos, and it came with fries. Yum. The food is really good. The service is fast and the place is clean. Currently only doing takeout (COVID) if you want beef and... shortage right now makes it pricey. Read more

This place is HELLA POPULAR like their menu and I'm not kidding. They took over Temple Club with bare interior just open kitchen... and tables, but its sparkling clean. Don't be turn off from trying even though most of their business is mostly takeoutdelivery. You get big portion enough to feed a regular size family of 3-4 people kids included. Town pop up mixes the innovation and creativity of the new generation, with the high quality and great customer service we have... grown up on. Man vs fries at town pop up uses fresh authentic ingredients to make new age fusion foods. My favorite menu itemis carne asada waffle fries. The serving size was enough to feed at least two very hungry people. The restaurant was verygenerous with all the toppings. Would 100% go again! Read more
This restaurant transforms the ordinary act of eating into an extraordinary experience! It may look like your average... neighborhood Mexican joint, but Town Pop-up is anything but! I wandered in with two friends and was immediately greeted by thefriendly staff and incredible aroma of Mexican food. The restaurant was filling up quickly (it was almost 12:00 pm) but wemanaged to snag a table. We ordered the Helladilla (so GOOD) and So Cal Burrito (OMG so good) and OMG Oreos for dessert!! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Enjoyed the layout of the space, seatingarea and upstairs dinning.
