The girls on the afternoon shift are so rude, I place the order since the morning just to pick up, they didn?t have it ready and... then said they will call and never did I was waiting in the car and it wasn?t until I thought it was too long that I called themand told me it was ready, then I got in to get it and the girl was so rude when giving me the bag! Excellent customer service and fresh, hot chicken PLUS their new loaded fries are amazing! There is an understandable wait for... the food?because who wants raw or old ass chicken?! I feel like every Wing Stop I?ve ever been to has had awful service but I keep coming back for the food. This location never... meets the pick up time. I always end up waiting 20+ minutes after I get there, even if I?m already way late from the pick uptime. I don?t think they start your order until you get there, which is so stupid because then what?s the point of orderingahead? Wing Stop needs to update their app to just make you pay online to ensure they get paid for the order even if you don?tshow up, duh. They also don?t tell you they?re out of something until you?ve already paid and have been waiting for 15 minutes.Last night, I got there 10 minutes after my pickup time and the order of course was not ready. I paid and waiting another 5-10minutes before the cashier told me they?re out of cheese sauce. She asks if I?d like another ranch instead, and I said no Ialready ordered 2 cups of ranch. She then asks if I?d like a refund and I agree. I wait another 10 minutes or so for her tostart processing the refund, and the cook hands me my order and says ?I just gave you large fry instead of a small fry?.
