Very tasty, fast service but not sure if cashier was having hearing problems because she kept yelling at us. When food ready,... now I don't think it was her fault because we should've checked our order before walking out, we weren't given our most pricedcombo. Do not order through the wingstop app if this is your store. I ordered delivery through the app, but since they don't deliver... themselves, they outsource it to doordash. The doordasher picked up my order (I guess) and canceled the order. So first I triedto contact doordash, they said I had to contact wingstop because it was through them and when I talked to the kid and the store,he said his manager won't let him give me a refund unless they get the food back. THE FOOD I NEVER GOT. If they can't figure outhow to serve people then they shouldn't offer delivery. Read more
Horrible food. None of our wings were seasoned. It was all thrown in the bag, fries everywhere, and sauces were spilling or had... left over residue from a spill in the refrigerator, it was all over the bag and other sauces. When I contacted the store staffmember let me know there was no manager to talk to but later during the conversation said she was "technically" the manager.Definitely check your bag before leaving the store. Bad experience! Ordered well done fried recieved half done fries and the cheese was placed on the half cooked fries and when... they got to me they were uneatable and also I did not recieve any dipping sauces. Bottom line is I didnt get what I ordered.Never agian! Read more
The new WingStop in my area was pretty good! The restaurant actually looks nice in the inside , because it's New . I came here... on this Thursday night for the first time !. I can say it was actually busy tonight. I did a phone order and I went there topick up my food. I probably waited about 10 to 12 mins for my pick up order to be ready. They also had a new soda machine with alot of flavors. One good thing is all the flavors were available!! Which is awesome I had alot of choices to choose from. Theworker inside are younger adults and they actually had good customer service which was nice !. My food was made right just how Iasked for over the phone and I was very happy about that. My chicken wings were actually nice size too , that was great !!!. Iorder all Flats half Lemon Pepper, half Garlic parmesan. I got the 10 wing combo and I get my fries cooked medium well.
